This video is an illustration of why knowing your Constitutional rights is so important. These officers executed an illegal search and seizure on live TV. Not even the presence of a TV crew discourages the gross violation of civil rights.The individual being detained initially kept quiet without properly being Mirandized but the officer keeps pressing. That is why on the back of my business card you find these four important things to say:
1. No, I do not consent to a search of any kind or a “quick look around.” 
2. No, I will not answer questions of any kind and I want to exercise my right to remain silent.
3. No, I will not sign a waiver of any kind; and,
4. Yes, I want my attorney Jason Alarid present during any questioning.
