As a results driven attorney, my firm always turns over every stone and conducts witness interviews. This hard work resulted in the State being forced to dismiss a case today for failure to properly provide discovery including CADS and witness interviews. The State dismissed rather than having all that evidence suppressed. Basically pressing the court rules and demanding all discovery conceivable can be the pathway to a successful result.  A strategy of never plea while there is work to be done and discovery is outstanding leads to dismissals all the time.  Also, never plea while a motion to dismiss or suppress can be filed and defended.  Also, never plea with the officer unavailable and in the courtroom. #dismissal #results #driven
